DRAINAGE + GRADING
Standing water, flooding, erosion and runoff need diagnosis before they need a drain.

REAL-WORLD TEST
On one severe flooding project, we used French drains, berms, walls and a controlled path for floodwater. Roughly a year later, the property received nearly six inches of rain from Sunday night into Monday morning without the original flooding returning.

FINISHED PROPERTY
This is the same pool property in normal dry conditions. Pairing the finished landscape with the major-rain photo shows both sides of the project: a polished outdoor space and drainage performance when the weather put it to the test.

FOLLOW THE WATER
Water problems can involve roof runoff, grade, neighboring properties, low areas, compacted soil, walls and hard surfaces. We ask where the water comes from and where it can appropriately go.

WALLS + WATER
Retaining structures change water movement, and water creates pressure behind walls. For complex sites we coordinate grading, drainage, walls and final landscape as one system.

NEW CONSTRUCTION
New homes change grade, runoff, driveway surfaces and roof drainage. It is better to think about water before final landscaping is installed.

HOW IT WORKS
Tell us what you are considering and where the property is located.
An estimator/designer walks the property, listens to your ideas and discusses budget.
We develop the project scope, estimate and design concepts when appropriate.
We review the proposal with you. Customer-requested added-cost changes are approved before we proceed.
Our crews—and specialty contractors we coordinate when needed—bring the project together.
